INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 10-16 business days shipping for all products listed on our website after payment has been made.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
In the rare case there is delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note: International shipping includes the product being shipped from our warehouse in Australia with all Duties, taxes and customs clearance handled.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
